Installment Options (please see updated info at the HHEW Group site.)
This total installment amount must be paid by April 7. (Even using the installment option, our registration cost is far lower than other comparable international conferences.) For example, if a general attendee is registering for himself/herself, the total one-time amount by April 7th would be $209 (for HHEW 100 members it would be $159). Using the installment plan, if paid by April 7th, your total amount would be $249 and $189 respectively. However if the total amount is paid after April 7th, it would be $295 and $245 respectively. Your registration fee will also include membership into two of our inter-professional associations for one year (only if you select the associations by April 7th). Officially joining one or more associations also qualifies you for a discount for the 2014 conference & retreat.
It is up to you to decide which installment options you wish to use, when, and how much each time until the 2013 conference. Please keep your payment receipts as your record that will be matched with our records. This option plan was recommended and approved by the HHEW Conference & Retreat Committee in 2011.
