"The key to the key to success"

"Successful organizations and leaders -- whether they are media, education or otherwise focused -- need standards, and to have standards suggests principles and values. Because we clearly live in a global society, it is paramount that leaders and leaders-in-training also think and operate on an international level. Yes, it is true that what happens in New Guinea and New Delhi affect what happens in New York and New Hampshire. We also need to be international and national as knowledge workers. Knowledge workers are people whose primary work activities include creating, using, and distributing information. The 2008 and 2012 U.S. presidential elections were great examples of nationwide imagery and international symmetry as we continue discussing blue and red states, as well as post-racialism. And while there is a place for faith and feelings, effective organizations and leaders need to also be very rational in their efforts. We in INVR Standards / HHEW consider these to be “'key to the key to success!'”
