All are knowledgeable of leadership and contemporary issues from various perspectives, including an appreciation of the TALO Leadership Theory and W.E.B. DuBois' concept of the Guiding Hundredth. These two added leadership dimensions also elevate our roster of speakers from cookie cutter speakers. In fact EIA is not a typical speakers bureau or black speakers bureau! We do not represent or negotiate for the individuals listed in our directory. If you are interested in the services of someone listed, you simply contact us, we provide the contact information and you then directly contact the speaker and discuss fees. We ensure that their very accurate information reaches you as a decision maker.

Are you a speaker in need of a speakers directory?
Please email us at: keynotespeakers@invrhhew.org to inquire about (a) full specifics and fees, (b) submit your photo and brief bio that we can personally assist you with and (c) to make any payments. To be successfully linked with EIA, we look for two types of speakers and leaders; 1) those with an established career, expert credentials in their field, working knowledge of the TALO Leadership Theory, and a professional presentation that is polished and can be customized for various audiences and 2) rising and entry level leaders also committed to mastering the above mentioned points. Although the majority of our keynote speakers and leaders are African-American, we welcome individuals of all ethnicities who fit our mission to join.
There is a small annual nominal fee to be listed in our directory, but this nominal fee is more symbolic (and again symbolizes Dr. DuBois' concept of the Guiding Hundredth). This annual fee also includes an annual membership into two of our inter-professional associations (you choose which ones).
In addition to being an expert in your field, who believes in social action and cultural proficiency, you will receive additional web and media exposure and acclaim by participating in one or more of the other five canons of INVR Standards / HHEW, which we believe also reflect "the key to the key to success."
